Using AfterList Buyers for Products
Hover mouse over shop → hover mouse over Product Sector → Find the item you need → Click It →
Click Add to Cart. Then continue shopping to handle all of your product and service needs, once finished
hit proceed to checkout. Enter your name, address, credit, or debit card information and you're all set.
Buyers: you can also scroll down the site and find the products you need, once you see the item that you
would like just Click It → Click Add to Cart. Then continue shopping to handle all of your product and
service needs, once finished hit proceed to checkout. Enter your name, address, credit, or debit card
information and your all set. ATTENTION Please message Vendors to see if they can get the products to
you in your proposed time frame before purchasing.

Using AfterList Buyers for Services
Hover mouse over shop → hover mouse over Service Sector → Find the service that you need → Click It
→ Click Add to Cart. Then continue shopping to see if we have complementary products for you. Once
finished hit proceed to checkout. Enter your name, address, credit, or debit card information and your
all set. ATTENTION Please message Service Provider to see if they can take care of your service needs in
your proposed time frame before purchasing.

Using AfterList Vendors
Vendors: Once an application has been processed, you will get a notice stating whether you have been
accepted or not. If you have been accepted, proceed at once to create a username and a password.
Once finished you are all set to start posting high-quality pictures of the products that you’re offering
along with information about prices. Hurry, the customers are waiting!

Managing Orders
Upon payment, vendors will notify you once order has shipped. The vendor will provide you with
tracking information in your order details. NOTE: If an order includes multiple items each may have
separate delivery dates and tracking information. On service orders, please contact the service provider
to see if the servicer can take care of your service.

Returns and Refunds Vendor
Every vendor on AfterList runs their own store. AfterList is not directly involved in transactions between
buyers and vendors, this means when you encounter an issue with a transaction (such as non-delivery or
item not being as described), we ask that you contact the vendor. Because AfterList is not directly
involved in the transaction between buyers and vendors, we are unable to issue immediate refunds for
purchases.
For refunds, customers please make sure you have everything in the bullets below:
• Confirmation from the vendor stating that they will accept the return
• A return shipping address that the Vendor has provided
• The timeframe in which the vendor expects to receive the returned item
• An agreement determining which party is responsible for the cost of return shipping (the buyer or the
vendor)
• We also recommend holding onto all records of return shipment (like tracking information)

As a vendor on AfterList, you’re expected to clearly state your policies regarding returns and refunds.

Service Provider Refunds
Every service provider on AfterList runs their own store. AfterList is not directly involved in transactions
between buyers and service providers.
This means when you encounter an issue with a service (such as service not being of proper quality), we
ask that you contact the service provider. Because AfterList is not directly involved in the transaction
between buyers and service providers, we are unable to issue immediate refunds for purchases.
